IMR White Hots
IMR White Hots are 50 Caliber, 50-grain pellets for muzzleloaders. This form makes for faster reloads with pre-formed charges that easily drop down the barrel and are easy to pack without the need for measures or funnels. White Hots are clean-burning, so cleaning between shots is not required. After shooting, a wet patch removes most of the residue and does not have a rotten egg smell or any other residual smell.
The White Hots allow for some of the fastest loads on the market, with speeds exceeding 2,300 fps and knockdown power with up to an amazing 2,600 foot-pounds of bone-crushing force. White Hots allow the most from a muzzleloading rifle with its long reach. White Hots also allow for shot-to-shot consistency to shoot to the same place, every shot. White Hots are also temperature insensitive. White Hots work with all 209 primers and are ready for use in all 209 ignition rifles. Uniquely the only white gunpowder in the industry, IMR White Hots Preformed Charges are an easy to load option for modern 50 calibers In-Line 209 Muzzleloaders. Because of the faster velocities generated, White Hots deliver more knock-down on the game while also keeping the shot-to-shot accuracy consistent.
